"COD worked smoothly"
I ordered using cash on delivery and everything went smoothly. The parcel arrived on time, and the product was good too. No complaints from my side, I’m happy with it. Would recommend if you prefer COD

I ordered from groovypakistan.com and, the fit turned out just right. I was a little unsure at first because sizing can be tricky online, but once I tried it on, it felt neither too tight nor too loose. The size chart actually matched well, which made the whole thing make sense. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would buy from them again.

"Support was alright, just a bit slow"
I ordered from Groovy Pakistan and the product itself was fine, no complaints there. The only thing was the after-sales support took a while to get back to me. They did eventually reply and sort out my issue, but I had to nudge them a couple of times. Not a bad experience overall, just kinda average. Would be much better if they responded faster...

I had an issue with my order and wasn’t too impressed with the response time at first. After I followed up and complained, their team got in touch and actually sorted everything out properly. It took a little patience, but it was a small win for me because the problem did get fixed in the end. Giving 4 stars for making it right

"Discounts work, but not every time"
I’ve used groovypakistan.com a few times when looking for discount codes, some of them worked well and saved me a bit of money 🙂. But there were also a couple that were expired or just didn’t go through at checkout, which was a little annoying.
Overall, it’s not a bad site, but you might have to try a few codes before finding one that actually works. I just wish they’d clear out the old or inactive ones a bit faster.

I’ve shopped at Groovy Pakistan and yeah, some of the prices are fair, but let’s be honest, not everything feels like a bargain. A few items were priced higher than I expected, and it’s kind of annoying when you go in thinking you’ll find good deals everywhere but then have to double-check half the stuff. It’s not terrible or anything, but definitely compare prices before buying, otherwise you might end up paying more than you should.

I ordered from groovypakistan.com the checkout was quick and simple. Some websites make the whole process ridiculously complicated, but this one didn’t have any weird steps or confusion. My payment went through without any issues, and I got the order confirmation fast too. Overall, it was a good experience

I wasn’t totally sure about paying online at first, since I hadn’t really used it like that before, but the payment page on groovypakistan.com felt fine. It opened without any issue and I got the confirmation pretty much right after.
There weren’t any strange extra charges or anything, and my bank sent an OTP too, so that made me feel more comfortable. Overall it went smoothly, and I’d probably use it again.

I had to use the warranty for my product, it was okay. They did get back to me and they did eventually sort everything out, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I kept checking my email like, okay, any update yet? So yeah, not a bad experience exactly, just slower than I was hoping for.

"Felt safe enough to use"
I wasn’t totally sure at first, like I was kind of just checking it out, but groovypakistan.com felt safe to use. The pages loaded fine, the info was clear enough, and I didn’t really see anything that felt weird or dodgy. So yeah, overall I’d say I trust it, and I’d probably use it again.

I ordered from groovypakistan.com and the item was just like the description. The photos and details were accurate, so there weren’t any weird surprises when it arrived.
